Understand the condition of your fire doors

East Anglia FireScope helps building owners, responsible persons and facilities teams understand the condition of their fire doors and identify where action is required.

From individual buildings to multi-site portfolios, we provide clear inspection findings supported by digital records and photographic evidence. Where an item cannot be inspected or its suitability cannot be confirmed, we explain the limitation and identify what further information or investigation may be needed.

DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Inspection findings based on evidence

Our role is to inspect, document and report. We assess what can be observed within the agreed scope and consider available product information and supporting evidence where relevant.

We do not assume that a label alone confirms the suitability of a complete door set, or that an inaccessible detail is satisfactory. Clear reporting helps you understand both the findings and the limits of the inspection.

Digital reporting and asset records

Reports include door identification, recorded observations and photographs to help you locate defects and plan the next steps. QR asset identification is included as standard for inspected door sets, supporting consistent records during future inspections.

Two businesses with clearly defined roles

East Anglia FireScope provides inspection and surveying services. Our sister company, East Anglia Fire Doors, provides fire door installation, replacement and remedial works.

The businesses share ownership, with their services quoted and delivered separately. EAFS findings are based on the inspection evidence. Clients are free to appoint their own competent contractor; there is no requirement to use EAFD.

Working across East Anglia

Based in Gorleston, Norfolk, we work across Norfolk, Suffolk and the wider East Anglia region. We support care providers, property and facilities managers, landlords, schools, commercial organisations and public-sector clients.

For larger programmes outside our usual operating area, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Plan your next inspection

Send us the site address and approximate number of door sets, together with any existing asset schedule, floor plans, fire strategy and fire risk assessment reports, if available. We will review the information, establish the appropriate inspection scope and provide a clear quotation.
